  • Publication number: 20140302286
Abstract: A composite stretch material which is composed of a first nonwoven fabric sheet part and a second nonwoven fabric sheet part and elastic members disposed therebetween. In each nonwoven fabric sheet part, concave parts and convex parts are formed in the thickness direction. The concave and convex parts formed alternately repeatedly in a first direction define convex-concave rows. The convex-concave rows are separated from each other by non-shaped regions which contain neither concave parts nor convex parts and which extend along the first direction. The non-shaped regions are joined to each other with the elastic member therebetween. The convex parts of the first nonwoven fabric sheet part enter respectively into the concave parts of the second nonwoven fabric sheet part, while the convex parts of the second nonwoven fabric sheet enter respectively into the concave parts of the first nonwoven fabric sheet part.

  • Publication number: 20130008534
Abstract: The present invention provides a steam injection mechanism improved so that water accumulation on an object to be processed can be reliably restricted. A steam injection mechanism comprises a common channel through which steam supplied from a steam supply source flows and distribution channels branched from the common channel to distribute the steam from the common channel wherein the steam is injected from steam injection orifices formed in distal ends of the distribution channels to an object (a fibrous nonwoven fabric) to be processed. When the steam injection mechanism is located above the fibrous nonwoven fabric, the lowermost region of the common channel functions as a condensed water collecting region and, when the steam injection mechanism is located under the fibrous nonwoven fabric, the uppermost region of the common channel functions as the condensed water collecting region.

  • Publication number: 20120325620
Abstract: Laminated product treating apparatus improved to prevent falling off core material from the laminated product in the course of treating the laminated product containing the core material with steam. First and second mesh belts respectively have a plurality of first and second openings and first and second closed regions each defined between each pair of the adjacent openings. In the course of being fed and transported, the first mesh belt and the second mesh belt are relatively positioned so that the first openings are more or less out of alignment with the second openings, i.e., the second closed region overlap the first openings and thereby the second closed region partially closes the first openings.

  • Publication number: 20120222798
Abstract: In a method of manufacturing a stretchable composite sheet, the first continuous sheet is stretched while being transported from a first nip area to a second nip area. The first continuous sheet is either a sheet in which stretchability has already been developed or a sheet in which stretchability has yet to be developed. An opening is formed in the first continuous sheet intermittently in the transport direction, while transporting the first continuous sheet from the second nip area to a third nip area after the stretching operation. A second continuous sheet having a lower stretchability than the first continuous sheet is overlapped and adhered to the first continuous sheet in the third nip area.

  • Patent number: 8258726
Abstract: A system for cooling a battery mounted on a vehicle using air within a vehicle, independently of the travelling state of the vehicle. The air within a vehicle compartment is guided to a battery mounted on a vehicle to cool the battery. A controller determines a basic fan speed v of the cooling fan based on a battery temperature and an ambient temperature. Further, the controller calculates an increment ?v of the fan speed in accordance with the vehicle speed and the degree of window opening and determines a final fan speed V according to V=v+?v, to drive the cooling fan. By controlling the fan speed to increase, it is possible to cool the battery even when the base pressure of the inlet-side static pressure of the cooling fan becomes negative pressure compared to when the windows are closed.
