The controller may associate, based on the first and second read-level voltages, each of the first data and the second data with a respective one of the first and the second destination blocks. The controller may cause each of the first and second data to be stored in the associated one of the first and second destination blocks.

The method includes training the machine learning model to predict a presence value based on the actual presence value in the training data. The predicted presence value indicates whether a portion of a feature (e.g., a skeleton point on a skeleton of a contour of the feature) is to be covered by an assist feature. The training is performed based on the training data such that a metric between a predicted presence value and the presence value is minimized.

The method for determining a mask pattern includes obtaining, via executing a model using a target pattern to be printed on a substrate as an input pattern, a post optical proximity correction (post-OPC) pattern; determining, based on the post-OPC pattern, a simulated pattern that will be printed on the substrate; and determining the mask pattern based on a difference between the simulated pattern and the target pattern. The determining of the mask pattern includes modifying, based on the difference, the input pattern inputted to the model such that the difference is reduced; and executing, using the modified input pattern, the model to generate a modified post-OPC pattern from which the mask pattern can be derived.

If the read-level voltage of the first decoding success indicator is less than a read-level voltage of the second decoding success indicator, then the trend is decreasing, and the second one of the sequence may be set to a read-level voltage less than that of the first one of the sequence. After executing one or more decoding operations, the decoding success indicators may be updated based on the read-level voltage of the current successful decoding operation.

The detection device predicts the location of light spots of a reflected echo on a detector array, and reads electric signals of a subset of the photodetectors corresponding to the light spots. According to the detection method, the location on a detector array for light spots of a reflected echo is predicted according to a time of flight of a detection beam, a subset of the photodetectors corresponding to the light spots are activated, and their electric signals are read. All received light is detected, without increasing the receiving field of view, ambient light interference is suppressed, and the problem of shift of the light spots on a focal plane caused by optical path distortion is effectively solved.

The method adaptively selects the GPR image according to a contrast of the GPR image. The method includes the following steps: S1, reading pre-processed GPR data; S2, adjusting a resolution of a picture; S3, inputting a data set into a recognition model; S4, outputting a moisture damage result; S5, judging whether there is a detection target or not by using an initial random image data set; and S6, generating the GPR image randomly incrementally and selecting the GPR image with a proper contrast. A proper B-scan image is found effectively, quickly and automatically by combining a recognition algorithm and a deep learning model or an image classification model to achieve an automatic recognition and detection based on the GPR image and improving a recognition precision as well.
