    Abstract: Disclosed herein are an apparatus and method for searching for a global minimum of a point cloud registration error. The apparatus includes memory in which at least one program is recorded and a processor for executing the program. The program performs collecting multiple registration results in which the registration error between a source point cloud and a target point cloud is a local minimum as candidates and selecting the registration result in which the registration error between the source point cloud and the target point cloud is a global minimum, among the candidates. Collecting the multiple registration results may comprise repeatedly randomly initializing the source point cloud and the target point cloud and registering the initialized source point cloud to the initialized target point cloud to thereby search for a registration result in which the registration error therebetween is a local minimum.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a wind turbine blade with an improved trailing edge structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The wind turbine blade includes an upper shell, a lower shell, and a trailing edge, where a trailing edge bonding region enclosed by the upper shell, the lower shell and the trailing edge is filled with composite materials, and the composite materials are discontinuous in an airfoil chordwise direction. The manufacturing method includes the following steps: S1: manufacturing reinforcements with a same cross-sectional shape as the trailing edge filling region for composite materials; and S2: integrally molding the reinforcements, a fiber fabric and the upper shell, providing the lower shell, combining the upper shell and the lower shell, and performing heating for curing and molding. The discontinuous filling structure reduces usages of the adhesive and the reinforcements of the composite materials.

    Abstract: A protein complex based on DNA enzymes of an E family of Escherichia coli and an application thereof in artificial protein scaffolds are provided. The protein complex includes one or more of interaction pairs formed by a CL2 protein and an Im2 protein, a CL7 protein and an Im7 protein, a CL8 protein and an Im8 protein, or a CL9 protein and an Im9 protein. By protein engineering of a carboxyl terminus DNase domain of the DNA enzymes CE2, CE7, CE8 and CE9, mutants that lose DNA enzyme activity but still retain the ultra-high affinity with the corresponding Im protein are obtained, and protein interaction pairs CL2/Im2, CL7/Im7, CL8/Im8 and CL9/Im9 are constructed. These protein interaction pairs have properties of heat resistance, high affinity, high specificity, small molecular weight, fast assembly speed, etc. Based on this, an artificial protein scaffold is constructed for the construction of artificial multienzyme complexes.

In addition, the animal model of the present disclosure can be used as a treatment model for JAK3 SCID patients, as similar phenotypes are observed in patients with human severe combined immunodeficiency caused by a JAK3 gene mutation, and can be used for artificial blood development or xenotransplantation.
