The water barrier wall has a cutout whose bottom surface is positioned lower than the upper end of the water barrier wall. The cutout penetrates the water barrier wall in the front-back direction. The cutout is positioned displaced from an electrical component in the vehicle width direction. The bottom surface of the cutout is positioned higher than the upper end of the console box.
