    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a pixel structure, an OLED display screen, and an evaporation mask. The pixel structure includes a plurality of pixel unit groups arranged in an array. Each of the pixel unit groups includes a first sub-pixel, a second sub-pixel and a third sub-pixel. An edge of the first sub-pixel close to the third sub-pixel is not parallel to an edge of the first sub-pixel away from the third sub-pixel. An edge of the second sub-pixel close to the third sub-pixel is not parallel to an edge of the second sub-pixel away from the third sub-pixel.     Abstract: A multi-state memory and a method for manufacturing the same. A magnetoresistive tunnel junction is disposed on a spin-orbit coupling layer, and thermal annealing is performed after dopant ions are injected from a side of the magnetoresistive tunnel junction. The concentration of dopant ions in the magnetoresistive tunnel junction has a gradient variation along the direction that is perpendicular to the direction of the current and within the plane in which the spin-orbit coupling layer is located. Symmetry along the direction perpendicular to the direction of the current is broken. In a case a current flows into the spin-orbit coupling layer, resistance are outputted in multiple states in linearity with the current. The multi-state storage is achieved. It can meet a requirement on hardware of neural network synapses, and is applicable to calculation in a neural network.

The method includes steps of: collecting rock fracture samples of a rock, and collecting basic parameters of the rock; determining a fractal dimension of a rock fracture morphology of the rock; calculating the fractal dimension of the rock; calculating a complexity coefficient Fc of rock fracture of the rock; and characterizing a complexity of rock fracture of the rock based on the complexity coefficient Fc of rock fracture of the rock. In the present invention, combined with the fractal geometry theory, fracture complexity coefficient of shale rocks is redefined and calculated to accurately characterize rock fracture morphology, so that characteristics of rock fracture morphology is correctly understood and affecting factors of fracture morphology is analyzed.

The present disclosure also provides a transistor having a gate with a variable work function. The present disclosure may adjust a variable work function, and may use the same material system to obtain an adjustable threshold voltage within an adjustable range.
