Abstract: An improved flossing device structure has a main body, and two ends of the main body respectively have an end portion. Each end portion has two correspondingly side edges, wherein at least one end portion is disposed with a row of teeth portion. The row of teeth portion is formed by recessing several concave cavities along the side edge of the end portion, wherein each concave cavity is recessed toward a top end direction of the end portion to allow the side edge of the end portion to form several hook portions reversely extended toward the top end direction of the end portion, and the top edge of the hook portion is leveled with the side edge to prevent gingiva from being slashed by the hook portions.

Abstract: An improved structure of bucket tooth for construction tools includes an adapter and a bucket tooth mounted on the adapter. The adapter has an accommodating room and a fixing section. Both side of the bucket tooth have a hole, respectively. An engaging unit is disposed at the accommodating room and the fixing section of the adapter and between the holes of the bucket tooth. The engaging unit includes a lock, an elastic element, and a fixing element. The end of the lock protruding from the accommodating room has an outer angle facing the fixing part to urge against the inner angle in the corresponding hole of the bucket tooth. The lock can thus position the bucket tooth on the adapter and maintains no impact gap between them. When the engaging unit loses its effect, the fixing element prevents the bucket tooth from falling off the adapter.

Abstract: A replacement and urging device for the bucket teeth of an engineering construction machine is disclosed. An adaptor is mounted with a bucket tooth. A first through hole holes horizontally through the adaptor. Both sides of the bucket tooth are formed with a second through hole, respectively. An engaging unit is interposed between the first through hole and the second through hole to slide between them. This enables the bucket tooth to be mounted and positioned on the adaptor. The invention thus prevents the bucket tooth from constantly hitting the adaptor.

Abstract: A process of manufacturing a tooth of a dipper bucket of a shovel is disclosed. The tooth has a larger joining portion coupled to the dipper bucket and a sharp portion. The process comprises cooling the molded tooth in a furnace at about 920° C., suddenly cooling the tooth in a fluid contained in the furnace, heating the tooth at about 460° C., slowly cooling the tooth in the air, supporting the tooth in the furnace with the joining portion immersed in the fluid and the sharp portion exposed in the air, and producing the finished tooth. The teeth are less brittle and more ductile while having a sufficient hardness. The teeth can dig further into earth for increasing load of the dipper bucket per shovel.
