  • Publication number: 20170095987
Abstract: Disclosed are a shoe insole and its manufacturing method. The method includes the steps of crushing a rubber foam material into irregular primary crushed particles, covering a mixed elastomeric material onto a surface of the primary crushed particle uniformly, using a pressurizing, heating and curing method to form a primary modified foam material, crushing the primary modified foam material again to form irregular secondary crushed particles, covering the secondary crushed particles uniformly mixed with the elastomeric material onto a surface of the secondary crushed particle, and using the pressurizing, heating and curing method to form a secondary modified foam material similarly. The shoe sole made of the secondary modified foam material has good breathability, elasticity, comfortability and compressive strength.

  • Publication number: 20080194170
Abstract: A toy airplane includes a fuselage, a main wing and a stabilizing fin and a rudder fin extended from the fuselage, and a landing gear having an arm extended from the fuselage and one or more wheels attached to the arm. The arm includes one or more depressions formed in the arm, and preferably facing upwardly for increasing a resilience of the arm and for allowing the wheel to be resiliently engaged onto ground and to be prevented from forcefully striking onto the ground while landing. The landing gear may be attached to the front or the middle portion of the fuselage. One or more bent portions may further be formed in the arm for further increasing the resilience of the arm.

  • Patent number: 6896577
Abstract: A toy assembly and its method of manufacture. The toy assembly is a spherical object that can be temporarily compressed into a disc. A short time after compression, the toy pops back into its original ball-like shape. The toy assembly has arcuate sections that join form a generally spherical body. The arcuate sections are symmetrically disposed around a central axis. The spherical body is bisected by an imaginary equatorial plane that is perpendicular to the central axis. A leaf spring is provided behind each of the arcuate sections that bias the arcuate sections into a spherical shape. A connector mechanism is provided that temporarily connect opposite sides of the spherical body when the spherical body is compressed. The leaf springs provide a spring bias that resists any compression and causes the arcuate sections to return to a spherical shape when the connector mechanism release.
