Abstract: A coffee recycled vegan leather sheet and the method for manufacturing the coffee recycled vegan leather sheet may include: a coffee grounds powder manufacturing step of drying coffee grounds to remove moisture, and pulverizing a dried coffee grounds to produce micronized coffee grounds powder; a first mixing step of mixing the coffee grounds powder obtained from the coffee grounds powder manufacturing step and a shaving scrap and latex, which are usually used as raw materials for recycled leather, into a mixing tank, respectively, and a second mixing step of adding a fatliquoring agent and a dispersing agent for imparting flexibility to the mixture into the mixing tank for mixing; a coffee regenerated leather molding step of drying the mixture that has undergone the secondary mixing step and passing it between pressing rolls to compression-mold it into regenerated coffee leather.
