  • Publication number: 20240093307
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a serum exosomal SF3B4 marker composition for diagnosing early stage hepatocellular carcinoma for noninvasive in vitro diagnosis, wherein, by analyzing an expression level of SF3B4 in plasma proteins as well as expression of SF3B4 in exosomes present in sera of hepatocellular carcinoma patients, the possibility as the most suitable liquid biopsy marker was identified, and a new noninvasive biomarker with high diagnostic accuracy in early stage hepatocellular carcinoma for which no reliable biomarker exists at this present was discovered. As such, by using exosomes to identify cancer cell genomes and proteomes without biopsy, the exosomes are highly applicable in the future as a diagnostic biomarker that is useful in a disease group with a high risk in the biopsy such as hepatocellular carcinoma.

  • Publication number: 20080176328
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for inducing differentiation of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells into mature neurons by culturing them in an optimal medium supplemented with necessary composition. According to the pre-induction method of the invention and a method for inducing differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into neurons by culturing them in neuronal induction media (NIM) containing butyl hydroxyanisole, forskolin and VPA, mesenchymal stem cells can be effectively differentiated into neurons or motor neurons, which thereby can be effectively used as a therapeutic agent for cell therapy for neurodegenerative diseases.

  • Publication number: 20080175821
Abstract: The present invention relates to a neuronal regeneration material screening method using ex vivo models, more precisely a neuronal regeneration material screening method using an organotypic spinal cord slice culture. The neuronal regeneration material screening method using spinal cord slices of living bodies of the present invention can be effectively applied for the development of a novel therapeutics for neurodegenerative diseases, such as spinal cord injury.

  • Publication number: 20040224097
Abstract: A film manufacturing method and a device thereof by a resin print configured to allow resin to be temporarily saved at one side of a raw film material for integrally printing by compression force of a roller, wherein the device comprises: a supply roller wound with a raw film material; a printed roller adhesively fed thereon with the raw film material supplied from the supply roller and formed thereon with a plurality of grooves; a supply hopper for supplying a predetermined melted resin toward the surface of the printed roller; and first and second pressing rollers abutted on both sides of the printed roller for pressing the raw film material to the surface of the printed roller, such that a preferable pattern can be printed on the raw film material, resulting in increase of productivity by simplified process and reduction of raw materials.
