    Abstract: A conical workpiece length measurement method is provided. Two laser displacement sensors are symmetrically arranged at opposite sides of a to-be-measured conical workpiece or a tooling loaded with the to-be-measured conical workpiece. Distance X0 from each displacement sensor to a bottom plane of the to-be-measured conical workpiece is calibrated. An elongated base plate is arranged at a tip of the to-be-measured conical workpiece, and the two displacement sensors measure their respective distances to the base plate. The total length of the to-be-measured conical workpiece is calculated as follows: X=X0+(X1+X2)/2, where X1 represents distance from one of the two displacement sensors to the base plate, and X2 represents distance from the other of the two displacement sensors to the base plate. Factors influencing the length measurement include calibration of the fixed length, measurement accuracy of the displacement sensor and a tilt error of the base plate.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for testing an internal force increment of an arch bridge suspender by inertial measurement, including the following steps: (1) selecting a suspender to be tested with internal force increment, and mounting an acceleration sensing device or a speed sensing device at a lower edge of the suspender to be tested; (2) setting an appropriate sampling frequency and collecting signals; (3) processing information data collected in step (2) by using Formulas; and (4) recording a result of the information data processing and obtaining the internal force increment of the suspender. The method can obtain the internal force increment of the suspender by collecting acceleration or speed signals of the lower edge of the suspender and performing calculation from the signals. This method has the advantages of simple and convenient testing, high replicability and low test cost.

Enhancement of a bandwidth of the array using the array bandwidth enhancement method based on phase regulation and control may save a time for stepwise increased and matching adjustment of the large-scale array, and reduce design complexity.
