The first electrodes in the display panel have a one-to-one correspondence with the pixel circuits, and a second electrode is a full-surface electrode, at least a scanning line and at least a data line are connected to the pixel circuit, and the scanning lines control the turning on and turning off of the pixel circuit. When the pixel circuit is turned on, the data line provides a driving current for the first electrode to control the illumination of the sub-pixel. The scanning lines control the turning on and off of the pixel circuit, which requires only a switching voltage required by the pixel circuit, thereby greatly reducing a load current of the scanning line.
