  • Patent number: 10319269
Abstract: A laser light source device includes a semiconductor laser, a current supplying unit to supply a driving current to the semiconductor laser, and a signal generator to generate current intensity data for setting an intensity of the driving current. The signal generator generates, for an input signal corresponding to continuous pixels for a same color, a plurality of sets of the current intensity data indicating current intensities different from each other, and transmits the plurality of sets of the current intensity data to the current supplying unit while sequentially switching the plurality of sets of the current intensity data. The current supplying unit drives the semiconductor laser based on the plurality of different sets of the current intensity data.

  • Publication number: 20190098972
Abstract: A shopping basket includes a main basket body configured to store a product therein and a bottom part attached to the main basket body to open and close a lower opening of the main basket body. When the bottom part closes the lower opening, the main basket body and the bottom part constitute an internal space which is surrounded by the main basket body and the bottom part and which communicates with the upper opening and the lower opening, and allow the internal space to store the product therein. When the bottom part opens the lower opening, the lower opening allows the product to be taken out of the internal space through the lower opening. When moving a product to a container, a user is not required to lift and take out the products one by one from an upper opening of the shopping basket.

  • Publication number: 20120327379
Abstract: An image display apparatus including a laser light source apparatus with a semiconductor laser as a light source increases the heat releasing ability of the laser light source apparatus in the image display apparatus. In order to accomplish this, a heat sink is provided to a green color laser light source apparatus, which generates green color light by wavelength conversion from infrared light and, therefore, produces a greater amount of heat than the other laser light source apparatuses. In addition, an air flow blocking cover is mounted on the surface of the holder, covering the temperature sensor, to prevent distribution to the temperature sensor of cooling air from the cooling fan disposed adjacent to the red color laser light source apparatus. It is thus possible to comply with laser safety standards.

  • Publication number: 20120050690
Abstract: An image display device using a semiconductor laser as a light source, includes a green laser light source device that converts a wavelength of infrared laser light and outputs green laser light; a spatial light modulator that modulates the green laser light input from the green laser light source device based on an image signal; an optical element that is provided in a path between the green laser light source device and the spatial light modulator, and reflects the green laser light to direct it to the spatial light modulator; an optical element support device that supports the optical element; and a case to which the green laser light source device, the spatial light modulator and the optical element support device are attached. The optical element support device rotates about at least one rotation axis in a state of holding the optical element to displace an optical axis of the green laser light.

  • Patent number: 7355954
Abstract: It is an object to provide a laser module in which the position and the posture of a laser beam source can be adjusted even in a small space so that an optical intensity necessary for recording and reproducing information can be ensured and the laser module is seldom affected by an ambient temperature. It is another object of the present invention to provide an optical pickup device, an optical disk device, a focus error detection method and a tracking error detection method. The laser beam source adjustment member 55 and the laser beam source shift member 56 are attached to the laser beam source 52 so that the lead 51 can penetrate them. Further, FPC 57 is fixed to the lead 51 being soldered. The laser beam source 52 and the laser beam source adjustment member 55 are fixed between the holding plate 54 and the laser beam source shift member 56 being pushed by the pushing spring 53.
