  • Publication number: 20050029610
Abstract: Organic photoelectric converting devices used for photovoltaic power generation or a photovoltaic power generating system has a photoelectric converting layer comprising a block copolymer constituted by at least a polymer unit having an electron-donating molecular structure and a polymer unit having an electron-accepting molecular structure. The photoelectric converting layer can suppress macro phase separation of the donor and the acceptor, leading to efficient charge separation and has excellent carrier mobility.

  • Patent number: 6028123
Abstract: An acrylic resin composition for a color filter containing 100 parts by weight of an acrylic resin having acid value of 5 to 100 mgKOH/g and 5 to 90 parts by weight of a coloring pigment is provided. The acrylic resin has been prepared by polymerizing a monomer mixture containing 1 to 6% by weight of .alpha., .beta.-unsaturated carboxylic acid, 10 to 80% by weight of .alpha., .beta.-unsaturated carboxylate, and 5 to 30% by weight of N-substituted maleimide.

  • Patent number: 5399449
Abstract: A method for producing a color filter involves (A) forming a photosensitive coating film on at least a transparent electrically conductive layer formed on an outermost surface of a transparent substrate and exposing the photosensitive coating film through a mask having patterns of at least three different degrees of light transmittances; (B) developing and removing a photosensitive coating film region corresponding to one of the patterns of the smallest and largest degrees of light transmittances for exposing the transparent electrically conductive layer and electrodepositing a colored coating on the exposed transparent electrically conductive layer for forming a colored layer thereon. Operation of developing and removing the photosensitive coating film and electrodepositing the colored coating is repeated for the respective patterns of different degrees of light transmittances in sequence of difference in light transmittances to form different colored layers.
