In this disclosure, the adhesion among the layers of the film package is strengthened, so that the layers of the film package will not easily separate and the TFE stress resistance of the film package will increase to prevent the film package from breaking. In addition, many kinds of reactants have their reactions simultaneously such that the production efficiency can be increased.
