Abstract: An electronic device capable of displaying a computer application that allows the use of a method for performing a transaction without the use of spoken communication is disclosed. The method consists of providing at least one digital, transactional flash card displayed on the electronic device having information about the transaction and the transaction goal displayed on it, in text understandable to the user and different text understandable to the party from whom the user wishes to purchase goods or services. The digital, transactional flash cards can have inquiries about price, payment methods, or shipping terms. Also disclosed are the navigational interface for the software application and different display methods.

Abstract: A connector is disclosed which allows standard hardware pieces (e.g. hinges, etc.) to be easily connected to round or other substantially non-planar surfaces or surfaces with minimal planar aspects. Currently, direct connection of standard hardware to round or other substantially non-planar surfaces is cumbersome, or not practical or possible since existing hardware is generally configured to attach only to planar surfaces. The connector comprises a first surface configured to engage the non-planar structure and second surface configured to engage the planar surface of the standard hardware piece (e.g. a hinge). The disclosed connector may be installed using the same tools used to install standard hardware, such as wrenches or screw drivers, socket drivers, etc. The connector may integrate a standard hardware piece, or it may be configured to attach to a separate standard hardware piece. Either way, the connector may be used, for example, to attach doors, side panels etc.

Abstract: A baby carrier with an enclosure system to be worn on the chest of an adult is disclosed. The carrier ensures safety by allowing for the easy attachment and removal of a cover blanket while leaving the baby in the soft seat of the carrier. The carrier consists of a body blanket, a harness, a soft seat, and a cover blanket. The body blanket is a garment that runs between the adult's body and the baby. The harness consists of the waist belt and shoulder straps and is attached to the side of the body blanket facing the adult. The soft seat is attached to the side of the body blanket facing the baby. The cover blanket is a garment that when attached to the body blanket will surround not only the soft seat of the baby carrier but the entire infant including the arms and legs that are usually exposed in baby carriers. To form such an enclosure the cover blanket is connected to the body blanket along the bottom edge and along the two edges running along both sides.
