  • Patent number: 10095566
Abstract: An operator control element in a motor vehicle generates an activation signal as a function of the activation of the operating element, and a control unit receives the activation signal and measures a signal length of the activation signal, and signals the activation if the signal length becomes greater than a predetermined debounce time. Despite possible incorrect triggering of the activation signal owing to voltage fluctuations, the debounce time is to be short. The control unit determines for this purpose an operating parameter, and on the basis of the operating parameter it is detected that a supply voltage, made available at the control unit, satisfies a predetermined instability criterion, and when the instability criterion is satisfied the control unit delays the measurement of the signal length for a predetermined blocking time.

  • Publication number: 20170260433
Abstract: The present invention comprises a single-component binder for heat-sealing applications which can be used for the sealing of polyester foils, in particular of polyethylene terephthalate foils (PET foils) with respect to containers made of polystyrene, of PVC, and of polyester. These polyesters can in particular be polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or polylactic acid (PLA). The binders here feature not only good seal seam strengths but also in particular good transparency and excellent application properties. A substantive aspect of the invention is that the sealing can be achieved without addition of adhesion promoters, in particular without addition of adhesion promoters based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or on polyester, and that barrier properties and sealing properties achieved in respect of containers made of PS and of PET are nevertheless at least comparable with, and sometimes better than, those achieved with heat-sealing systems already marketed.

  • Patent number: 9150142
Abstract: In a method of controlling different lighting functions in a vehicle, activation of another one of the lighting functions is dependent on an actual speed of the vehicle, when manually switching from a currently activated one of the lighting functions to the other one of the lighting functions. In particular, when a low beam is automatically activated and a predefined speed is exceeded, activation of a parking light is barred while the low beam remains activated.

  • Patent number: 9132857
Abstract: A motor vehicle includes an internal combustion engine and a parking assistance system with a system controller. During the assisted performance of a parking maneuver, the system controller receives one or more pieces of information from other controllers or units, which is continuously stored in the system controller. When restarting the internal combustion engine that has previously stalled during the ongoing parking maneuver, information previously stored by the system controller is accessed and forms the basis of a continued parking maneuver during a defined time interval, after which the assistance is once again based on current information acquired from the controllers or units.
