  • Publication number: 20070251377
Abstract: The invention relates to a variable capacity hydrostatic axial piston machine having a drive shaft which has a drive flange having an end face oriented towards displacement pistons in which end face spherical shells for holding substantially spherical piston heads are formed. The calotte of the spherical shells in this case go beyond the semisphere and each have a circular opening with a smaller diameter than the spherical shell diameter. The spherical calotte of the piston heads have a recess having a smaller diameter than that of the circular opening of the spherical shells so that at the vertex of the piston a spherical section making up less than the semisphere and, spaced apart from the latter by the recess a retaining collar having a larger diameter than the circular opening of the spherical shells are formed.

  • Patent number: 6467393
Abstract: A zeroing mechanism for a hydrostatic piston/cylinder unit (1), has an actuating piston (2) that can be moved from a zero position N into at least one deflected position A and can be returned to its zero position N by a zeroing force, the zeroing force being produced at least in part hydraulically.

  • Patent number: 6427441
Abstract: A hydrostatic vehicle drive has a control (5) for controlling an output torque of the drive and another control device (5) for controlling the output torque of a hydrostatic drive, the control device (5) having a controllable pressure-limiting valve (6) by means of which the working pressure can be adjusted and which is used for sensitive control of the output torque of a hydraulic motor (3). The pressure-limiting valve (6) can be controlled by a proportionally adjustable pressure-reducing valve (7).
