Publication number: 20240025245Abstract: Device for closing and releasing a power charging port of a motor vehicle having a cover part moveable by a guiding mechanism, fixed to the vehicle in an installed and ready to operate condition, between a closed position closing the power charging port and an open position releasing the power charging port. An emergency actuation device moves the cover part into the open position, and a drive mechanism controls movement of the cover part. A coupling mechanism activates the emergency actuation device and deactivates the drive mechanism, and is connected to the emergency actuation device. The coupling mechanism is associated with a mechanical securing mechanism, which cooperates with the emergency actuation device. When the emergency actuation device is deactivated, the securing mechanism produces an additional form fit to secure a power transmission of the drive mechanism. The additional form fit is lifted upon activating of the emergency actuation device.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 19, 2023Publication date: January 25, 2024Inventor: Jürgen SALEWSKI

Patent number: 7080866Abstract: A through-seat holder for a motor vehicle has a vehicle frame having generally parallel longitudinal members and transverse side members interconnecting ends of the longitudinal members and defining therewith a throughgoing opening. The longitudinal members are spaced apart by a predetermined transverse distance and form a pair of parallel outwardly facing guide faces flanking the opening and spaced apart by a predetermined transverse dimension greater than the transverse distance. A device frame fittable in the opening of the vehicle frame has generally parallel longitudinal members and transverse side members interconnecting ends of the respective longitudinal members. One of the device-frame transverse members is formed with a rim having a transverse width equal substantially to the dimension so that the rim cannot pass through the opening when extending transversely. The rim forms a pair of transversely spaced contact points engageable with the faces and defining a transversely extending pivot axis.Type: GrantFiled: February 17, 2005Date of Patent: July 25, 2006Assignee: Bos GmbH & Co.
