  • Patent number: 4993991
Abstract: A distinguishing feature of the threshing unit resides in its concave (4) being made up of a number of independent sections (5 and 6) arranged on both sides of the threshing cylinder rotor (1) longitudinal axis. The first section (5) of the concave (4), as along the direction of the cylinder rotation, is fixed rigidly with respect to the cylinder (1), while the other section (6) is articulated with respect to the first section (5) and has a device (7) for adjusting the outlet threshing clearance.

  • Patent number: 4919641
Abstract: A characteristic feature of the present invention is that in an axial means having a housing internally rotatably mounting a rotor on the surface of which threshing and separating elements are arranged in steps. Each step comprises conjugated helical and straight portions. Between the threshing and separating elements conveying elements are disposed so that each of them is connnected by its forward (with respect to the direction of rotation of the rotor) end to the preceding straight portion, its rearward end being positioned with a gap relative to the following straight portion.

  • Patent number: 4901511
Abstract: The distinguishing feature of the invention resides in the fact that each tine of the rake bar is configured in the cross-section as an isosceles triangle with a working edge defined by a vertex of an angle between the lateral sides in the direction of rotation of the reel, and in the zone of the vertex, the working edge of the tine is defined by the base of the isosceles triangle. A portion of each tine between its vertex a fastener member for attaching the tine to the bat blade is curvilinear and has a longitudinal slot.

  • Patent number: 4607480
Abstract: A combine for harvesting primarily spiked grains such as wheat, rye, barley, oats, and cereals such as buckwheat. The combine includes a rotating rotor arranged in a stationary casing along the direction of combine movement. An upper part of the casing is provided with helical guide fins mounted on the internal surface thereof. A lower part of the casing in a threshing zone is provided with a grate-type concave mounted under which is a conveyor to transport threshed product separated through the concave to a cleaning mechanism. The concave has openings of different open area and is made such that its portion having the openings of smaller size is located, with respect to the direction of combine movement, between a front edge of the concave and an imaginary extension of a helical line of the guide fins on the concave and enlarges in the direction of rotor rotation.

  • Patent number: 4359058
Abstract: A characteristic feature of the present invention is the fact that in a precleaner device incorporating an element conveying the cropped material being treated to the sieves and cleaning fan, provision is made for a cropped material thrower and a perforated rotary cylinder both being interposed between the conveying element and the sieves. The rotary cylinder accommodates a fan adapted for catching the light admixtures from the cropped material being treated.
