Abstract: A flowable-material transfer station includes a mobile frame and a conveyor coupled thereto. A hopper mounted on the mobile frame has a side wall with an opening. A chute's loading end is rigidly coupled to the hopper at the side wall opening thereof wherein the chute is in fluid communication with the hopper via the opening. The hopper is hingedly coupled to the mobile frame and the chute's dispensing end is positioned over a first end of the conveyor. A lift mechanism is provided to move the hopper between a lowered position and a raised position. The chute's dispensing end is above the chute's loading end when the hopper is in its lowered position, and is below the chute's loading end when the hopper is in its raised position.

A hopper support is pivotally coupled to the mobile frame and a hopper is pivotally coupled to the hopper support. A valve is disposed in a lower portion of the hopper. A chute is slidably coupled to the hopper and disposed beneath the valve. The chute is extendable from a first position within the mobile frame's footprint to a second position where chute's outboard end is outside the mobile frame's footprint. A lift mechanism is coupled to the mobile frame and the hopper support for raising and lowering the hopper relative to the mobile frame.

Abstract: A system and method is disclosed for merchants or vendors to contract with a company to accept a particular credit card, software application or gift card. The card or software application is linked to a proprietary software system that incorporates payment terminals. Consumer use the credit card or a software application on a computer device to purchase goods or services and the proprietary software randomly selects a predetermined percentage of the transactions at that merchant to be free of charge. Neither the consumer nor the merchant know when making the purchase which transaction will be free of charge.
