    Abstract: A gown (100) includes a front body covering portion (101), a rear body covering portion (102), a first sleeve (103), and a second sleeve (104). The front body covering portion can be thermally bonded to the rear body covering portion at a first shoulder seam (207) and a second shoulder seam (208). The first sleeve can be thermally bonded to the front body covering portion and the rear body covering portion along a first continuous sleeve attachment seam (308), while the second sleeve is thermally bonded to the front body covering portion and the rear body covering portion along a second continuous sleeve attachment seam (408). The first sleeve, the front body covering portion, and the rear body covering portion can share a continuous thermally bonded seam (502) extending from a base (503) of the gown to a termination location (504) on the first sleeve.
