The wire accommodating portion 22 is formed with an accommodation space capable of accommodating wires 12 and a wire draw-out port 23 for drawing out the wires 12 accommodated in the accommodation space to outside. A wire fixing piece 40 is formed separately from the wire accommodating portion 22 and can be united with the wire draw-out port 23 in a state fixed at a certain position in an extending direction of the wires 12 by a binding member 18.
