The ceiling device includes a ceiling housing and a plurality of first fixing members that are locked to the ceiling housing and the top surface of the connecting housing. The ceiling fan device includes a motor housing, a plurality of second fixing members that are respectively located in the mounting slots and are locked to the motor housing, and a ceiling fan main body.
