    Abstract: An adjustment method of moisture content and dense state for a hydrogel improved subgrade based on weather-resistance during an in-service period, including: step 1: carrying out surface cleaning and compaction of ground; step 2: preparing hydrogel improved subgrade raw material; step 3: paving the prepared material on the surface to form first-layer improved subgrade; and step 4: paving plain soil subgrade onto the first-layer. The method combines the water absorption and release function of the modified resin and the characteristic of the gel state thereof, to pave the improved subgrade in layers, which can absorb water and slightly expand when the water content in the subgrade is increased to a certain threshold value, and a strength and compactness protective layer can also be formed at the connection sections of the ground and the subgrade, and the subgrade and the pavement, to prevent the pot-cover effect from occurring.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are training strategies for query-based object detectors, referred to herein as Query Recollection (QR). In one variation or QR, dense query recollection, every intermediate query is collected and independently forwarded to every downstream stage. In a second variation or QR, selective query recollection, intermediate queries are collected from the two nearest previous stages and forwarded to the next downstream stage. This eliminates the phenomena wherein intermediate stages of the decoder produce more accurate results than later stages of the decoder.

    Abstract: A multi-level conversion circuit and a control method for flying capacitor voltage thereof are provided. In the multi-level conversion circuit, each flying capacitor is connected between a common connection node of the lower switches connected therewith and a common connection node of the upper switches connected therewith. When the conversion circuit works in a DCM, the control method includes steps of: (a) determining the main switch and synchronous rectification switch of the lower and upper switches; (b) acquiring an adjustment value corresponding to each flying capacitor; and (c) adjusting a duty ratio of the main switch according to the adjustment value corresponding to the flying capacitor connected therewith, wherein the adjustment trend of the duty ratio under D<(N?2)/(N?1) is opposite to that under (N?2)/(N?1)<D?1, and D is the duty ratio before the adjustment.

An example method of video processing includes performing a conversion between a current block of a video and a bitstream representation of the video according to a rule. The rule specifies that the conversion includes during encoding, skipping applying a forward transform to residual coefficients of the current block prior to including in the bitstream representation, or during decoding, reconstructing residual coefficients of the current block from the bitstream representation without applying an inverse transform. The rule further specifies that a scale factor is applied to the residual coefficients independent of a size of the current block.
