The present disclosure is an information processing system including a server and a user terminal. A server includes a first controller configured to: receive a group creation request of a communication group with a second user terminal that exists in a predetermined range from the first user terminal and is moving in the same direction as the first user terminal, from the first user terminal; create a communication group including users of the first and second user terminals; and notify the first and second user terminals that the communication group is created.
