  • Publication number: 20110200745
Abstract: A reinforcing bar material is coated with a high adhesion anticorrosion film that increases adhesion strength to concrete. The film is applied by heating a reinforcing bar material, spraying and melt-adhering an epoxy powder coating material onto the reinforcing bar material while a temperature on a surface of the reinforcing bar material is between 200 and 250° C. so as to form a first anticorrosion film, and under the same temperature condition spraying and melt-adhering an epoxy powder coating material with acrylic resin beads having a particle diameter 2.5 to 3 times that of the epoxy resin powder mixed in on a surface of the first anticorrosion film in a molten state so as to form a second anticorrosion film having numerous projections, thereby providing a coating without pinholes.

  • Publication number: 20090022980
Abstract: The present invention provides a reinforcing bar material coated with a high adhesion anticorrosion film that enables to increase adhesion strength to concrete, which comprises forming two layers of anticorrosion films on a surface of a reinforcing bar material by means of spraying an epoxy powder coating material under a temperature condition where performance of the epoxy resin can be retained, so as to solve a pin hole problem that inevitably occurs in an anticorrosion film, and also to exhibit firm projections in a state coated with the epoxy resin on the second layer of anticorrosion film. The present invention comprises heating a reinforcing bar material, spraying and melt-adhering an epoxy powder coating material onto the reinforcing bar material while a temperature on a surface of the reinforcing bar material is between 200 and 250° C.

  • Patent number: 6776860
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a ceramic composite comprises the steps of preparing at least two ceramics bodies to be bonded together, each of the at least two ceramics bodies having a bonding surface; preparing a slurry in which primary particles of a bonding ceramic are dispersed; applying the slurry to the bonding surface of at least one of the ceramic bodies to be bonded; and sintering the ceramic bodies between which the slurry has been interposed to bond them. In this method, the bonding ceramic in the slurry is preferably constituted from the same ceramic starting material as that of the at least one of the ceramic bodies to be bonded. In this way, it becomes possible to manufacture, with a simple technique, a ceramic composite having a required strength and excellent biocompatibility and biosafety.

  • Publication number: 20030216618
Abstract: In a socket portion of an endoscopic light source connector, a rod end holder is mounted on a riser plate within a housing of a light source for holding and supporting a fore end portion of a light guide rod of a light source connector, which has a proximal end portion of a light guide encased in a rigid pipe. The rod end holder is constituted by a fixed tubular casing which is mounted on the riser plate in an aligned position relative to an optical axis of illumination light path from a source lamp of the light source, and a slide member which is axially slidably fitted in the fixed tubular casing and internally provided with a light guide passage for passing illumination light from the source lamp.

  • Patent number: 6450947
Abstract: An endoscopic terminal processor for an electronic endoscope, which accommodates within its casing an illumination light source along with a video signal processor for an electronic endoscope. A circuit board of the video signal processor is supported compactly in an upright position within the casing, and fixedly connected at one end to an inner surface of a side panel of the casing, and loosely supported at the other free end on a damper member adapted to restrict flapping movements of the circuit board about the fixed end and to permit movements in other directions to some extent to evade collisional impacts or shocks which might be transmitted from the casing.

  • Patent number: 6346075
Abstract: A piston of an air and water supply valve in an endoscope comprises: a base cylinder; a water supply switching piston; and an air supply switching piston, which is inserted in the water supply switching piston. An air supply button functioning as a check valve is attached to the top end of the air supply switching piston, and air is supplied by slightly pressing the air supply button and water is supplied by deeply pressing the air supply button. If liquid flows back, the air supply button functions as the check valve to prevent the backflow from flowing into the base cylinder from the air supply switching piston.

  • Patent number: 5924791
Abstract: A light source device for an endoscope which sufficiently shields the high-frequency noise produced from a lamp even if there is an opening through which the lamp is exchanged. A lamp hatch for shielding the noise is provided at the opening of the lamp house, and EMI springs for maintaining the electrical conduction state are provided at the portion at which the lamp hatch and the edge portion of the opening overlap each other. When a cooling fan is provided in the lamp house, a plurality of air ports are provided in the lamp hatch which make the air flow of the cooling fan smooth and which have an effect of shielding the noise produced from the lamp. It is favorable to arrange the air ports at an interval of less than 2/.lambda. on the assumption that the wavelength of the noise frequency is .lambda..

  • Patent number: 5889370
Abstract: A structure for eliminating the noise in a light source device for an electronic endoscope safely eliminates the high-frequency noise produced from the lighting circuit, the xenon lamp and the like in the light source device. A capacitor for eliminating noise having a predetermined withstand voltage is connected between the support of the lighting circuit and the box body of the light source device so as to introduce the noise current produced by the switching operation of the lighting circuit to the ground. EMI springs are disposed between the outer peripheral surface of the conductive case of the lighting circuit and the xenon lamp and the inter peripheral surface of the box body of the light source device. A ferrite core for eliminating noise is provided on a conductive wire connecting the lighting circuit and the xenon lamp, thereby safely eliminating noise.
