Abstract: A collapsible chair includes a frame composed of four pairs of cross legs located on four sides of the chair, namely, front, back and side cross legs. The cross legs are connected at their upper and lower ends with connector blocks and feet, respectively and collapsible in a scissors-like manner. A pair of vertical back legs are located at opposite sides of the back cross legs. A pair of arm rests have front ends pivotably connected to the side cross legs and rear ends pivotably and slidably supported by an arm rest support assembly. In one embodiment, the arm rest support assembly includes a pair of vertical support rods connected to the vertical back legs, and a pair of sleeves pivotably connected to the support rods and adapted to slidably receive the arm rests.

Abstract: A walker for the aged or for a baby includes a first reinforcement section 57 composed of a first pair of traction rods 56 which are arranged to form an X-letter shape. A second reinforcement section 59 is composed of a second pair of traction rods 58 which are also arranged to form an X-letter shape. A tension device 61 is provided at both sides of the walker, and each tension device is composed of a pair of tension rods 60 having outer ends which pivot on the front legs 32 and the rear legs 34, respectively, and having inner ends which are rotatably connected with each other by using pins or the like. These structures achieve a very excellent function for avoiding any shaking or distortion of the walker 30 in the front and rear direction and the width direction when the walker 30 is in the opened condition.

Abstract: A silver halide color photographic material is disclosed which has at least one silver halide emulsion layer on a support, said silver halide emulsion layer containing at least one magenta coupler of formula (I) and at least one non-color forming phenolic compound: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is an alkyl or aryl group; R.sub.2 is a monovalent group; R.sub.3 is an alkylene group; Y is a halogen atom, a hydroxy or alkyl group; Z is a group that can be eliminated upon coupling reaction with the oxidized product of a color developing agent; X is a divalent bonding group or an alkylene group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms; m is an integer of 0 to 4; and n is an integer of 0 to 5.

Abstract: A silver halide color photographic material is disclosed. The material contains a photographic magenta coupler of formula (I) and a phenolic compound of formula (II) within a silver halide emulsion layer: ##STR1## (wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are each an alkyl group or an aryl group; Z is a hydrogen atom or a group that can be eliminated upon coupling reaction with the oxidized product of a color developing agent); ##STR2## (wherein R.sub.3 is an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an aryl group or an amino group; R.sub.4 is an alkyl group, an alkoxy group or a halogen atom; s is an integer of 0 to 2, provided that when s is 2, R.sub.4 may be the same or different).
