Abstract: A protective apparel to be worn when changing clothing comprising: (a) a rayon silk blend or other smooth cloth material in an elongated oval shape with a continuation of the cloth into extended arms to the left and right to be used to tie the apparel around the neck, (b) the apparel is manufactured in one piece, (c) the apparel is adaptable to be worn either 1) tied around the neck of the wearer with the body of the garment covering the head and face from back to front or 2) tied around the neck with the body of the garment covering the chest like a bib.
