  • Patent number: 7938272
Abstract: A screening machine including at least one screen surface, feeding means that feed material to be screened towards the screen surface and onto the screen surface where the material is separated into a first fraction remaining on the screen surface and into a second fraction passed through the screen surface while the material is moving along the screen surface. In a method for controlling the screening machine, the amount of material on the screen surface is determined by automatic measurement, and the speed of the feeding means is controlled on the basis of the measurement by automatic control.

  • Publication number: 20070158162
Abstract: The invention relates to support means, which is for supporting a lateral conveyor adapted for mounting upon a mobile chassis, including a tail section, middle section and at least one head section having pivot points related to the conveyor frame separating said sections from each other. The support means includes a variable length mounting arm comprising at least first and second sections and first and second ends, and means for locking the length of the mounting arm into at least one fixed length corresponding to the length of the conveyor in use. The first end is fixed immobile in relation to the mobile chassis and the second end is fixed immobile in relation to the head section of the conveyor.

  • Publication number: 20060054539
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for controlling a screening machine comprising at least one screen surface, feeding means that feed material to be screened towards the screen surface and onto the screen surface (6a) where the material is separated into a first fraction remaining on the screen surface and into a second fraction passed through the screen surface while the material is moving along the screen surface (6a). In the method, the amount of material on the screen surface is determined by automatic measurement, and the speed of the feeding means (5) is controlled on the basis of die measurement by automatic control (C).

  • Patent number: 6457563
Abstract: An arrangement in a circulation lubrication system include a lubricating oil tank, pressure pipe lines for supplying oil to parts to be lubricated, return pipe lines for returning the oil from the parts to be lubricated to the oil tank, and a mechanism configured to pump oil into the pressure pipe lines and maintaining a desired state of lubrication. The mechanism configured to pump the oil into the pressure pipe lines may include a circulation lubrication pump and a suction duct through which the lubricating oil flows out of a lubricating oil tank, an underpressure tank coupled to the suction duct leading off from the lubricating oil tank, to the suction side of the circulation lubrication pump. The underpressure tank is a tank which allows the water contained in the oil to evaporate. To prevent cavitation of the circulation lubrication pump, the underpressure tank is placed substantially higher than the lubricating oil tank.

  • Patent number: 6341667
Abstract: An arrangement in a circulation lubrication system includes a lubricating oil tank, pressure pipe lines for supplying oil to parts that are to be lubricated, return pipe lines for returning the oil from the parts that are to be lubricated to the oil tank, and a mechanism for pumping oil into the pressure pipe lines and maintaining a desired state of lubrication. The lubricating oil tank has a rotationally symmetric structure; and a return duct, positioned at the center axis of the rotationally symmetric structure, is configured to extend below the surface of the oil in the lubricating oil tank. A return flow through the return duct passes through a dividing element to a mechanism configured to separate impurities from the oil.

  • Patent number: 5687815
Abstract: An arrangement in connection with a lubricant dispenser including a frame, which frame contains a metering cylinder and a metering piston moving therein as well as structure for conducting lubricant alternately to each side of the metering piston. The structure for conducting lubricant includes a spindle positioned in the cylinder and provided with passages remaining open during pressurization, the spindle being arranged to move in the cylinder so as to permit flow of lubricant in consequence of a movement of the spindle alternately either via a control valve to one side or the other of the metering piston or directly to one side or the other of the metering piston, depending on dispenser. To improve selection of material, the spindle is arranged to move only by rotating around its longitudinal symmetry axis. The rotary movement of the spindle is arranged to be provided by a separate turning part moving back and forth and rotating influenced by lubricant pressure and spring force.

  • Patent number: 5147016
Abstract: A lubricant doser, assembly in which each doser includes a dosing cylinder and a dosing piston moving therein as well as conduits and other structure for leading lubricant alternately to both sides of the piston, including a stem in the cylinder, the stem both moving back and forth in the axial direction and turning about the longitudinal axis of symmetry thereof. The stem is provided with channels so that, by the movement of the stem the lubricant is allowed to flow to one side of either the control valve or the dosing piston depending on the doser, and accordingly by each next movement of the stem following a backward motion, to the other side of either the control valve or the dosing piston.
