  • Publication number: 20230299652
Abstract: Multiple temperature-control process for stators (7) and rotors of electric motors and components consisting of materials with different magnetic properties by means of a triplex furnace (1) for the quick, efficient, and uniform heating-up of preferably tubular components such as stators (7), wherein the magnetic parts of a component are primarily heated up by means of induction and at the same time non-magnetic parts of the same component are primarily heated up by means of infrared radiation, and at the same time and subsequently secondary heating takes place by means of convection, in particular by passive heating elements (10), which serves for finely adjusting the target temperature and for maintaining it.

  • Publication number: 20220315343
Abstract: A method and a device for transporting and driving components and tools, such as rotors and stators for manufacture, includes a component carrier with at least two chain sprockets rigidly connected to the component carrier. The chain sprockets engage four driven chains to move, rotate and swivel or rotated to a limited extent the component carrier. With the upper chain and lower chain moving at the same speed and in opposite directions of movement, the component carrier rotates on the spot, with the two chains moving at the same speed and in the same direction of movement, the component carrier moves without rotation at the chain speed in the direction of movement, and with the chains moving at different speeds and in the same or different directions of movement, a plurality of combinations of direction of rotation, direction of movement, transport speed and rotational speed can be achieved.

  • Patent number: 5052436
Abstract: The device for feeding a fluid to a rotating machine part (6), in particular a machine tool spindle, has a housing (1) arranged to be fixed against rotation and a hollow shaft (2) mounted rotatably therein, one end of which, the inner end (2a) is connected by way of a sliding ring seal (5) to an inlet duct (4) in the housing (1). At the other, the outer, end (2b) of the hollow shaft (2, 2') there is provided a coupling tube (7, 7') coaxial with the hollow shaft and which is axially slidable with respect to the rotating machine part (6) and can be engaged with it with a sealing arrangement (8) interposed.

  • Patent number: 5052866
Abstract: An actuating arrangement for a tool clamping device (1) has a clamping bar (3) which is axially displaceable in a clamping direction in a machine tool spindle (2) under the effect of a spring arrangement (11), and a wedge transmission assembly (9) which is operable between the spindle and the clamping bar, with freely movable balls which bear respectively against three cone surfaces of which the first is provided on a clamping sleeve (10) which is axially displaceable in the clamping direction on the clamping bar under the force of the spring arrangement (11), the second is provided on a clamping ring (12) connected to the clamping bar (3) and the third is provided on a support ring (13) which is arrangd stationarily with respect to the spindle. Provided on the support ring is a fourth cone surface (18) which is inclined relative to the axis of the clamping bar in opposite relationship to the third cone surface.

  • Patent number: 5022686
Abstract: The rotating union for two different fluids comprises a hollow shaft (2) mounted rotatably in a stationary housing (1), with two separate axial throughflow channels (4, 5). A slide ring packing assembly is provided between the hollow shaft (2) and two separate inlet channels (9, 17) provided in the housing (1) for the two fluids. This includes a common slide ring (8) which is connected at its face to the hollow shaft (2) and comprises a central bore (8a) and several axial passages (8b) arranged concentrically thereto, and in the housing (1) a central slide ring (11) and a slide ring (14) concentrically surrounding the latter. The concentric slide ring (14) comprises several axial passages (14a) which are arranged in a circle concentric to the axis of rotation (A) and connected to the inlet channel (17) for the second fluid.

  • Patent number: 5018916
Abstract: The actuating arrangement for a tool clamping device (1) has a clamping bar (3) which is axially displaceable in a clamping direction in a machine tool spindle (2) under the effect of a spring arrangement (11) and a firsst wedge transmission assembly (9) which is operable between the spindle and the clamping bar, with freely movable balls which bear respectively against three cone surfaces. They are disposed on a clamping sleeve (13) which is axially displaceable on the clamping bar, on a clamping ring (14) connected to the clamping bar (3), and on a support ring (15) which is arranged stationarily with respect to the spindle. The spring arrangement (11) acts by way of a pressure sleeve (12) which is axially displaceable on the clamping bar.
