  • Patent number: 6244029
Abstract: A method and a device for winding a spun yarn body from an inside wall of a spinning centrifuge of a pot spinning machine onto a tube (10) introduced for such purpose into the spinning centrifuge. The yarn extending between a yarn guide tube (6) and the inside wall of the spinning centrifuge is caught by lowering the tube past the mouth of the yarn guide tube and the winding process initiated. A remnant of spinning yarn is created thereby between the draw frame and the tube foot. In order to avoid disturbances due to the free end of this remnant of spinning yarn, the remnant of spinning yarn is separated from the yarn body and the tube and subsequently removed by suction.

  • Patent number: 6240715
Abstract: A centrifugal spinning machine having at least one spinning station (10), each of which has one rotatable spinning centrifuge (14), one yarn guide (18) that can be supplied with a fibrous spinning strand (26′), and one drive device (38) for generating an axial motion between the yarn guide (18) and the spinning centrifuge (14). The yarn (26) is guided in the yarn guide (18) to travel through the rotational axis of a rotor 46 of the drive device (38).

  • Patent number: 6073435
Abstract: A centrifugal spinning and winding machine (23) with a plurality of work stations (1) arranged in series. The work stations (1) comprise several autonomous centrifugal spinning units (2), an associated winding device (5), and an associated storage device (4) located between the centrifugal spinning units (2) and the winding device (5) and having at least one storage path (31) for holding spinning cops (16) and at least one waiting path (33) for holding empty bobbin tubes (11) for supply to the spinning units and the winding device.

  • Patent number: 5924273
Abstract: A cop changing and transport system for a composite ring spinning and winding machine wherein both the ring spinning machine and the winding machine have respective transport systems 2 and 3 in which circulate separate respective groups of transport pallets 25 and 26, dedicated to the respective machines. A transfer device 1 is disposed at an adjacent location between the transport systems 2 and 3, and has two adjoining transport disks 8, 9 rotating in the same direction. Cop and tube manipulating devices 42 are respectively disposed on the transport disks 8 and 9 on support columns 39 of a support structure 38, which manipulating devices are positively controlled in the course of the rotation of the transport disks 8 and 9 such that the manipulating devices continuously transfer the spinning cops 59 or the empty tubes 60 from the transport pallets of one transport system to the transport pallets of the other transport system.

  • Patent number: 5685409
Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed for removing bobbin tubes axially from individual tube carriers conveyed along a conveying path. The bobbin removing apparatus basically comprises a pair of bobbin withdrawal devices located at opposite lateral sides of the conveying path for frictionally engaging the bobbin tubes therebetween to thereby draw the bobbin tubes off the respective carriers while they are continuously conveyed along the conveying path. According to the invention, one or both of the withdrawal devices comprises a freely rotatable disk having an annular periphery of a high coefficient of friction arranged for peripheral engagement with the bobbin tubes conveyed along the conveying path to be rotated by engagement with each bobbin conveyed past the disk. The disk or disks are arranged to engage the bobbin tubes at an acute angle with respect to the conveying path of the individual carriers on which the tubes are supported.

  • Patent number: 4729397
Abstract: An electromagnetic control valve for controlling the discharge of pressure fluid as a function of electrical voltage applied to an magnetic circuit for the adjusting and regulating of the pressure in a pressure chamber, the electromagnetic force produced by the applied voltage acting in the closing direction of the valve while a hydraulic force from the pressure fluid acts in the opening direction thereof. The magnitude of the electromagnetic force in the closed position of the valve exceeds the force of the pressure fluid and the electromagnetic force is adjustable by varying the air gap in the magnetic circuit.

  • Patent number: 4627825
Abstract: Apparatus for the angular displacement of a shaft, such as a camshaft, with respect to a drive wheel comprising a coupling having opposed cylinders by which an active relative displacement can be effected in opposite directions. The position of the shaft and of the drive wheel is determined by pulse transmitters and sensors and is evaluated in an electronic circuit for the determination of the angular displacement and its control.
