Abstract: The invention relates to a cassette awning having a cloth shaft (3) rotatably mounted in a housing (1), from which shaft there can be unwound a cloth (4) of which the front end is fastened to an extension profile (2), wherein the awning has fastening brackets (7) for fastening to a building, wherein the housing (1) is angled on both sides at the ends and the fastening brackets (7) are covered by the angled ends (5a, 5b) of the housing.

Abstract: The invention relates to a sliding door system having a frame (1, 1?, 2, 2?), which receives one or more sliding doors that, mounted in or on the frame (1, 1?, 2, 2?), can be moved horizontally along the frame (1, 1?, 2, 2?), wherein the sliding doors are constructed as folding door elements (11, 12, 13), in which two door elements (14, 15) are connected to each other in a hinged manner by means of a joint arrangement running vertically centrally between the door elements, wherein the joint arrangement can be pivoted out of the plane of the frame, such that the two door elements (14, 15) can be opened at right angles to the plane of the frame and lie flat on each other in an open position.

Abstract: A roof window having an upper edge and a lower edge is provided with a shade assembly that has a flexible shade having a pair of opposite ends, a rotatable shaft attached to one of the shade ends, and a mount rotatably supporting the shaft at the lower window edge. A motor and spring unit attached to the shaft and to the other of the shade ends can wind the shade around the shaft in an open position of the assembly and unwind the shade from the shaft and pull it up along the window until the other shade end is at the upper edge in a closed position of the assembly. A pair of guides extend generally parallel to each other between the window edges. The one shade end is displaceable along the guides and respective cables attached to the one shade end extend along the guides. The shade assembly further has a stiff bar extending along the one shade edge and rollers on ends of the bar riding in the guides and attached to the cables.

Abstract: A portable battery powered blower apparatus for fanning charcoal or other fuel is disclosed and includes a compact two-section, hollow housing including an upright body, and a barrel projecting from an upper portion of the body. The body is internally divided into a lower battery receiving compartment, an intermediate blower receiving chamber separated into side-by-side turbine and fan motor chambers, and an upper air flow transition region. A curved tubular conduit carries air from the turbine chamber and through the air flow transition region and to the free end of the barrel. The barrel is provided with internal reinforcing ribs which support the tubular conduit. Also, first and second lips project downwardly from the end of the barrel to engage a rim of a fuel container. The base of the housing is flared and abuts the side wall of the fuel container to position the apparatus for use.
