Patent number: 10119558Abstract: A control device, in particular for hydraulically controlling components of mobile working machines, has a pressure supply connection (P) and a tank or return connection (T) in addition to two user connections (A, B). Control and/or regulating valves (10, 14, 16, 18) are connected between the individual connections (P, T, A, B). Two control lines (C, Z) can control at least one of the control and/or regulating valves. A modular-type functional block (24, 26) is connected to at least one of the control lines (C, Z).Type: GrantFiled: September 24, 2014Date of Patent: November 6, 2018Assignee: HYDAC FILTERTECHNIK GMBHInventors: Sascha Alexander Biwersi, Marcus Hettiger, Marcus Simon Specks, Christoph Stoenner, Marcus Karl Pfeiffer, Erik Lautner

Publication number: 20040079730Abstract: Known electron beam lithography used for manufacturing male molds is cost-intensive and very time consuming. As a result, conventional highly sensitive electron beam resists have an insufficient plasma etching resistance and galvanic molding makes special demands on the structural profile and the thermal stability and solubility of the resist structures. The novel production and use of lithographically produced resist structures as male mold material for use in imprint lithography for producing microstructures and nanostructures should thus overcome the drawbacks associated with the conventional procedure for producing male molds. To this end, a negative resist system is used whose lithographically produced structures correspond to the demands made on a male mold for molding thin polymer layers. Lithographically produced structures comprised of curable materials are thus used for molding, preferably those based on photo-reactive epoxy resins.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 5, 2003Publication date: April 29, 2004Inventors: Gisel Ahrens, Gabi Gruetzner, Karl Pfeiffer, Freimuth Reuther

Patent number: 6263260Abstract: Process and system for programmed control of a home and building automation system, for saving energy and improving comfort, with the process being performed by means of software and presence and activity monitoring sensors. The software includes first adaptive algorithms controlled by signals from the presence and activity monitoring sensors, for continuously detecting and storing systematic and stochastic behavior of at least one person in a room and over several rooms, and including second modifiable deterministic algorithms for adapting and triggering actuators of installations or groups of installations. The algorithms are combined with external parameters into a third algorithm to optimize the automation system as a whole and to adjust the first and second algorithms by means of feedback.Type: GrantFiled: November 11, 1998Date of Patent: July 17, 2001Assignee: HTS High Technology Systems AGInventors: James Bodmer, Walter Karl Pfeiffer

Patent number: 5393644Abstract: Crosslinked polymer layers having nonlinear optical properties are produced by a process in which (A) diallyl esters of aromatic dicarboxylic acids or mixtures thereof with monoallyl monoalkyl esters of aromatic dicarboxylic acids are copolymerized with compounds having nonlinear optical activities and containing groups capable of polymerization or (B) prepolymers of diallyl esters of aromatic dicarboxylic acids or prepolymers of mixtures of diallyl esters of aromatic dicarboxylic acids and monoallyl monoalkyl esters of aromatic dicarboxylic acids are mixed with compounds having nonlinear optical activity and with or without polymerizable groups (=guest/host system), applied to a substrate and, after orientation in an electric field above 50.degree. C., crosslinked in a reaction which is initiated thermally or by free radicals.Type: GrantFiled: December 16, 1993Date of Patent: February 28, 1995Assignee: BASF AktiengesellschaftInventors: Karl-Heinz Etzbach, Heike Kilburg, Hans-Joachim Lorkowski, Karl Pfeiffer

Patent number: 5393645Abstract: Structured polymer layers having nonlinear optical properties are produced by a process wherein either organic compounds containing ethylenically unsaturated groups are subjected to free radical copolymerization (A) with stilbene, azo or azomethine compounds containing ethylenically unsaturated groups and donor and acceptor groups, or organic compounds containing ethylenically unsaturated groups are subjected to free radical polymerization and are mixed (B) with stilbene, azo or azomethine compounds containing ethylenically unsaturated groups and donor and acceptor groups, the copolymers (A) or mixtures (B) thus obtained are exposed imagewise to high-energy radiation, the unexposed parts are removed and the structured polymer layers thus obtained are polarized in an electric field for orientation of the chromophoric structural units in the region of the glass transition temperature of the polymer and crosslinked in an applied electric field.Type: GrantFiled: December 16, 1993Date of Patent: February 28, 1995Assignee: BASF AktiengesellschaftInventors: Karl-Heinz Etzbach, Heike Kilburg, Hans-Joachim Lorkowski, Karl Pfeiffer
