Abstract: The present invention is a hair band providing a method to attach various accessories thereon to meet the needs of a large group of customers comprising a rectangular fabric strip folded and the longitudinal edges of the fabric strip are stitched together, resulting a fabric tube and the ends of the tube are stitched together to constitute a tubular annulus. An elastic band is extended inside the tube through a plurality of slits symmetrically provided adjacent to each other on longitudinal edge of the tube. This arrangement results to provide a fabric tube in which a portion of the elastic band is exposed through the slits of the fabric tube, so that the user can easily access to the exposed portion of the elastic band. The elastic band is secured on the tube by fasteners and can receive various accessories.
