  • Patent number: 8747140
Abstract: A plug connector set has first and second plug connector parts, an unlocking part and a plate. The first plug connector has at least one first contact element and a latching lug. The second plug connector part has at least one second contact element. An unlocking part is used to displace the latching lug out of a locking position into the unlocking position or for latching to the latching lug and locking the first and second plug connector part to each other. A plate is adjacent to the latching lug and projects away from the first plug connector part.

  • Patent number: 6269622
Abstract: In rotor spinning devices whose rotors are mounted in a support-disk bearing and in which a support disk (1) has openings (5, 9) serving for the contactless measurement of speed for an optical control of a spinning-start carriage, deposits of dirt, especially fine dust, can build up in said openings (5, 9). This impairs the detection of signals. The portion of the inner surface (19) of the openings (6, 9) of a support disk (1) which is located in the direction of the outer edge of the support disk (1) forms such an angle (&agr;) with a line parallel to the axis of rotation (27) that the buildup of deposits of dirt is prevented.

  • Patent number: 6003806
Abstract: In a simplified method for preventing pattern windings in a winding process for producing random wound yarn packages at a winding station of a winding machine, either the circumferential speed of a yarn package or the traversing speed of a yarn guide is selected as a command variable and the other as a secondary variable. Then, in the winding process the winding roller of the winding station is accelerated and decelerated and the yarn guide is accelerated and decelerated so that each variable varies between respective predetermined maximum and minimum values.

  • Patent number: 5950411
Abstract: A device for transmitting yarn monitor signals to the control circuit of an open-end spinning station for determining whether a yarn spun by the spinning station is being drawn off or whether the yarn travel has been interrupted so that, in case of a yarn break, the infeed of the sliver into the spinning station is interrupted. Defects in electronic components in the circuit of the yarn monitor or in the sensor can result in a continuous yarn traveling signal to the control circuit of the spinning station despite a yarn break. The present invention therefore provides a receiver (5') for contactless receiving the yarn signal of the monitor and an oscillator (16) which can be actuated and deactuated based on the receiver output signal.

  • Patent number: 5394334
Abstract: A multistation textile machine with a control and information processing system includes production stations each having at least one control device, control computers each being assigned to a production station and connected to the control device, a data bus connected to the control computers, and a CPU connected to the data bus having an adjusting device for set-point operating data to be transmitted over the data bus to the control computers. The control computers each control a production station in accordance with input set-point operating data and with a problem program in communication with the production station. The control computers each receive and process actual data of the production station and communicate with the production station and the CPU. The CPU transmits set-point operating data of the production stations and a complete problem program for the control computers over the data bus to the control computers.

  • Patent number: 5386684
Abstract: A coordinating apparatus for insuring the proper positioning of the traveling service unit with a respective work station of a textile machine so that data such as, for example, information concerning the servicing requirements of the respective work station and operating instructions, can be communicated between the service unit and the work station.
