Abstract: Improved compositions and methods for treating diseases, such as cancer, by providing a cell immunotherapy, wherein the cell immunotherapy is an immunomodulatory cell expressing an exogenous CD8 co-receptor and a modified T cell receptor (TCR) are provided. Also provided are polynucleotides, expression vectors, and immunomodulatory cells including the immunotherapy, as well as methods of generating said immunomodulatory cells.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for classifying a patent safety event report into one or more of a plurality of clinically relevant output classes. A patient safety event report is received from a health information technology (HIT) system. A plurality of features representing the semantic content of a free-text narrative associated with the patient safety event report is extracted. The patent safety event report is classified into one or more of a plurality of clinically relevant output classes from at least the plurality of features at a machine learning model.

Abstract: An accessory carrier assembly includes a reversible shank manufactured of a substantially square first portion and a substantially square second portion. The first portion is sized to engage a first hitch receiver and the second portion is sized to engage a second hitch receiver. To attach the accessory carrier to the reversible shank, the first segment is located in amounting assembly either with or without the bushings depending on which type of hitch receiver is available. The accessory carrier is pivotable by removal of a single pin to provide access to a rear of a vehicle. The single pin can be further located in a stop aperture to prevent overrotation of the carrier.

The bracket allows connection to any number of sway control devices available in the industry so that a simple draw bar and hitch ball may be converted for sway control capability.

The flow of electricity through the wires generates heat that is conducted through the wall of the tub structure to the interior surface of the tub to provide a warm sensation or feeling to the bather upon entry into the bathing structure.

The apparatus broadly includes a body having an intermediate section with a threaded aperture and a pair of projecting mounting lugs. The apparatus also includes a threaded mounting bolt for engaging the threaded aperture in the body. The body is essentially W-shaped including a pair of shoulders on the intermediate section and a beaded tip at the end of each projecting mounting lug which securely seat and hold the tightening apparatus in the lumen of a tubular hitch bar. The threaded connecting pin is tightened in the threaded aperture in the intermediate section of the body when the hitch bar is positioned in the receiver box in order to tighten the hitch bar against the wall of the receiver box and prevent rattling.
