    Abstract: Compositions comprising a high amount of a liquid oil, a lactylate, and at least one of an alkanolamide and a sarcosinate are disclosed. The high oil content effectively removes oily residues from a surface treated with the composition. The compositions are essentially free of water, but are water rinsable to effect easy and rapid removal of the composition from a surface.
