Abstract: Two-component water-based coating compositions are described. The coating compositions include a mixture of components that includes: (a) an aqueous dispersion of a resin comprising functional groups reactive with isocyanates; and (b) a hydrophilicized polyisocyanate. The mixture includes (i) propylene carbonate that is present in the mixture in an amount of greater than 2 percent by weight, based on the total weight of the mixture; and (ii) a ratio of isocyanate groups to functional groups reactive with isocyanates of 0.8 to 3.0:1.

Abstract: Processes for coating substrates and the related substrates are disclosed herein. A one-component base coating composition is applied onto a substrate and a one-component top coating composition is applied wet-on-wet onto the applied base coating composition. The coating compositions are based on aqueous acrylate/polyurethane dispersions. The top coating composition is applied after the applied base coating composition develops a pendulum hardness of at least 50% of the pendulum hardness that would be exhibited by the base coating composition after UV cure. The applied coatings exposed to UV radiation to simultaneously cure both the base coating composition and the top coating composition.

Abstract: Two-component waterborne coating compositions that form crosslinked polyurethane films exhibiting soft feel effect and high chemical resistance are disclosed. The two-component waterborne coating compositions include rubber particles and reaction products of hydroxy-functional polyacrylic polyol dispersions and water-dispersible polyisocyanates.

Abstract: An extendable comfort razor comprising: an elongated body, where the elongated body extends the length of the extendable comfort razor; a handle at a top end of the elongated body, where the handle curves from the elongated body; a razor portion attached to a bottom end of the elongated body, where the razor portion slides in and out of the elongated body and where the razor portion receives a replacement cartridge; a set of adjustment notches along a middle portion of the elongated body; and a set of buttons along the razor portion wherein at least one of the buttons engage at least one of the adjustment notches to lock the elongated body at a desired length thereby allowing the replacement cartridge to reach a desired portion on a body of a user.

A foam cushion is situated atop the sole upper layer for comfortably accommodating a person's foot. The shoe includes a toe cover pivotally coupled to the front of the sole and is movable between open and closed configurations. The toe cover includes a configuration for protecting a person's toe nails from debris or contact with the shoe while still enabling the person to walk around. The shoe also includes a plurality of toe separators adjacent the sole front end for keeping the toes from touching one another while the shoe is worn.
