Abstract: Disclosed is a method and system for enabling a job seeker to browse a plurality of job classifieds or a job provider to browse a plurality of job seeker profiles. The method includes generating and storing a job seeker profile for the job seeker based upon job seeker information a location of the job seeker; identifying a plurality of job classifieds stored in the data store which are relevant to the job seeker based upon the job seeker profile; serving the plurality of job classifieds to the mobile device for presentation to the job seeker; receiving job seeker feedback data indicative of whether each job classified was relevant or not relevant; analysing the job seeker feedback data; and updating the job seeker profile stored in the data store in accordance with the analysis of the job seeker feedback data.

The server is configured to receive, from entities, job data indicative of available jobs; receive from mobile devices associated with workers, worker data; store the job data and the worker data in the data store; determine and store, in the data store, worker preference data and entity preference data; determine matches, wherein each match pairs one of the workers with one of the jobs based on the worker preference data and the entity preference data; transfer, to each matched worker via a respective mobile device, data indicative of the respective matched job; receive, from at least some of the mobile devices, feedback data indicative of whether at least some of the matched jobs were accepted or declined; and transfer, to the respective entity for each accepted job, data indicative of the respective worker who accepted the job.

Abstract: A data processing server can be accessible by customers and providers to process a transaction. The data processing server can provide an application programming interface that is accessible via a computing device of the customers and providers. The data processing server can be capable of receiving an order, matching the order with profiles of candidates/workers, and providing the results of the matching to the customers and/or matched candidates/workers. In particular, the order matching can be performed using a more accurate complex multi-dimensional matching method. Further, the data processing server can perform the matching against the profiles of candidates/workers of a plurality of staffing firms or other talent pool providers.
