    Abstract: A precast concrete molded body is provided, which is a cured product of a concrete composition. The concrete composition comprises: a microcapsule; cement; and at least one type of aggregate. The microcapsule is provided with a core-shell structure having i) a core made of a water repellent organosilicon material selected from the group consisting of organosilanes, organosilane partial condensation products, and branched siloxane resins, and ii) a shell made of a silicon-based network polymer containing silica units. The concrete composition contains 0.01 to less than 0.5 parts by weight of microcapsules per 100 parts by weight of cement. Thereby, a precast concrete molded body can be provided, having high strength, as well as at least one of the following properties: air content stability, substance penetration prevention, and freeze-thaw resistance.

    Abstract: A cement composition is provided. The cement composition comprises: a microcapsule and cement. The microcapsule is provided with a core-shell structure having i) a core containing a water-repellent organosilicon material selected from the group consisting of organosilanes, organosilane partial condensation products, and branched siloxane resins, and ii) a shell of a silicon-based network polymer containing a silica unit.     Abstract: A control device for an electric injection molding machine designed to advance and retract a screw in a heating cylinder by an injection motor includes a screw position detector for detecting a screw position to output a screw position detection signal, a speed pattern generator for generating a speed setting pattern signal which indicates relationship between time and screw speed. An integration unit integrates the speed setting pattern signal to obtain a moving stroke of the screw. And a generation unit generates a position instruction signal on the basis of the moving stroke and a screw position when injection is initiated. To generate a speed instruction signal, the screw position detection signal is subtracted from the position instruction signal as a manipulated variable of feedback and the speed setting pattern signal is applied to the position instruction signal as a manipulated variable of feed forward. Thus, accuracy at the speed changing positions can be improved, thus improving operability.

    Abstract: In a continuously variable transmission of the type in which a speed change ratio is changed in a manner that the radius of rotation of a belt wound around a drive pulley and a driven pulley is varied by changing the width of a groove between the pulley parts of each pulley with an oil pressure. A control means for controlling an oil pressure in various control modes shifts the control mode from a hold mode to a start mode, when a driver manipulates a vehicle carrying the continuously variable transmission with his intention to start the vehicle, and an amount of discharge flow of an oil pump for generating an oil pressure exceeds a preset value. The safety factor in a stationary state is calculated using the effective tension of the CVT belt, secondary side oil pressure, and the speed change ratio.
