Publication number: 20090304318Abstract: In order to ensure high levels of insulation performance, and low cost, and have an excellent external appearance, as a ceramic constituting an insulating coating 6 being a ceramic coating layer, one with alumina as its main component, and in which the content of titanium oxide is limited to 0.01 to 0.2 percent by weight is used. Moreover, a particle size of ceramic forming the coating layer is 10 to 50 ?m, and average particle size is 15 to 25 ?m. By limiting the content of titanium oxide, the insulating coating 6 can be made thin, and by limiting the particle size the film thickness accuracy can be improved, thus simplifying finishing. Moreover, by mixing of titanium oxide, deterioration of the external appearance after sealing can be prevented. As a result, the above problem is solved.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 26, 2006Publication date: December 10, 2009Applicant: NSK LTDInventors: Katsuhiro Konno, Kenji Kotaki, Takashi Murai, Osamu Fujii, Tetsuo Watanabe, Takayuki Matsushita

Patent number: 6971799Abstract: A four-row tapered roller bearing is incorporated in the clearance between the inner surface of a housing and the outer surface of a rolling roller. A pair of supporting members supporting sensor devices are fitted in and supported by a part of the inner surface of the housing in such a manner that they are opposed to the ends of outer rings of the four-row tapered roller bearing disposed close to the both axial ends thereof. The sensor devices each comprise a distortion gauge as a detecting portion and a first coil for transmitting as a wireless signal a signal obtained by processing an output signal outputted from the distortion gauge. A second coil for receiving the wireless signal transmitted by the first coil is retained on a part of a member other than the supporting members.Type: GrantFiled: April 23, 2003Date of Patent: December 6, 2005Assignee: NSK. Patent number: 4801949Abstract: An apparatus is provided for use in printing systems wherein regions of rupturable capsules of a layer of capsules adsorbed on an imaging sheet are ruptured to release chromogenic materials that react to developer and print an image on a sheet. The apparatus has a container storing the capsules. A separately prepared sheet of plain paper is fed into the apparatus where the capsules are adsorbed thereon, forming an imaging sheet. Then an image is outputted from the apparatus through exposure process and development process. As a consequence, the user do not directly touch capsules which are vulnerable to friction and rubs, and this facilitates the handling of the imaging sheet.Type: GrantFiled: October 21, 1987Date of Patent: January 31, 1989Assignee: Seiko Instruments Inc.Inventors: Shigemi Misono, Katsuhiro Konno

Patent number: 4782352Abstract: An apparatus is provided for use in color printing systems wherein an image is projected by a plurality of monochrome pictures corresponding to the pictures separated into three primary colors onto an imaging sheet which contains in layers pressure rupturable capsules, each encapsulating a dye and a photosensitive composition. The plural monochrome pictures are made by a laser scanner unit on the surface of a photosensitive drum according to image information and are transferred from the surface of the photosensitive drum to a transparent film. The transparent film is moved between a light source unit and a projection lens unit to project the plural monochrome pictures onto the imaging sheet.Type: GrantFiled: September 29, 1987Date of Patent: November 1, 1988Assignee: Seiko Instruments Inc.Inventors: Shigemi Misono, Tomoyuki Torii, Katsuhiro Konno
