  • Patent number: 8758856
Abstract: A method of fluoridation that can maintain a stable treatment quality is provided. The method of the fluoridation treatment performs the fluoridation treatment by heating and keeping a workpiece in a fluoridation treatment space filled with a predetermined fluoride atmosphere. By exposing an interior space structure that is reactive against fluorine within the fluoridation treatment space, forming a fluoride layer in advance on a surface of the interior space structure exposed within the fluoridation treatment space, and performing the fluoridation treatment, a fluoridation source gas supplied for the fluoridation treatment of the workpiece is not significantly consumed for fluoridating the surface of the interior space structure during the fluoridation treatment. Further, even when a fluoridation potential of the supplied fluoridation source gas is insufficient, the fluoride layer on the surface of the interior space structure discharges the fluoridation gas.

  • Patent number: 6738094
Abstract: A video camera includes an abutment piece which is perpendicularly placed on the anterior side of the bottom of a stand portion and abuts on an attachment body to which the video camera is to be attached, a lever portion which is rotatably attached on the posterior side of the bottom of the stand portion, and bias means for biasing the lever potion toward the bottom of the stand portion. The lever portion includes an abutment portion formed such that it abuts on the abutment body. The lever portion holds the attachment body between the abutment portion and the abutment piece when it is used, and is housed in the stand portion such that it is pressurized to abut on the stand portion when it is not used. This structure enables the video camera to easily be attached to and detached from various attachment bodies such as flat display that are different from each other in thickness.

  • Patent number: 4856574
Abstract: When a raising switch (21) or a lowering switch (23) is operated in an electric blind apparatus, an MPU (34) rotates a geared motor (4) so that a take drum (37) winds up or unwinds a lifting tape (10) to raise/lower vanes (13) of a blind. Upon rotation of the take-up drum, a photointerrupter (38) generates pulse signals and the MPU counts the pulse signals to judge a vertical position of the blind. When an opening or closing switch (24, 26) is operated, the MPU rotates the geared motor so that a ladder drum (39) is followingly rotated to wind up one of ladder cords (11) fixed to the ladder drum, thereby to adjust an open/close angle of the vanes. Following rotation of the ladder drum, a photointerrrupter (41) supplies pulse signals to the MPU, which in turn counts the pulse signals to judge the open/close angle of the vanes.

  • Patent number: 4405219
Abstract: In one aspect of the present invention, an optical image synthesizer is adapted such that there is provided a partial mirror at the junction of two projecting axes with an angle of 45.degree. with respect to these optical axes for the purpose of projecting a composite image onto a screen. By selectively moving the partial mirror about its rotation axis into the above-mentioned angular position and out of one of the projection ranges, composed images and pre-composed are respectively projected onto the screen. Preferably, the distance between the principal points of respective lenses and the screen are equal to each other within an optical system including the lenses, the mirror and the screen. A source of illuminating light for photographs is focused by means of a cylindrical lens. Means are provided for moving the level of the partial mirror along its height. A microswitch is disposed to sense a photograph holder inserted and energize the illumination lamp only when the holder is sensed.

  • Patent number: 4258731
Abstract: A heating type hair waving appliance includes a bonnet in which the hairline area of the head of a patron is inserted and a plurality of infrared radiation lamps serving as a source of heat for heating the hairline area. A controller is implemented with a microcomputer semiconductor integrated circuit for receiving inputs applied via an input keyboard and placing the plurality of the infrared lamps into predetermined conditions. A solid state display provides a display of the operative state of the infrared lamps and an ultrasonic type atomizer is provided for generating moisture-laden mist which in turn is guided into the interior of the bonnet.
