    Abstract: A detergent composition for dry cleaning comprising from 10 to 30 percent by weight of an alkanolamine salt of a linear alkylbenzenesulfonic acid having 10 to 14 carbon atoms in the alkyl group, from 30 to 50 percent by weight of a dialkyl ester of sulfosuccinic acid having 8 to 9 carbon atoms in the alkyl group, from 2 to 20 percent by weight of an adduct of 1 to 7 moles of an alkylene oxide to a higher fatty acid alkanolamide, and the balance is essentially an organic solvent effective for dry cleaning.
