    Abstract: A method by a user equipment (UE) is described. The method includes receiving by the RRC entity of the UE, a PUCCH release request from a lower layer of the UE, and applying the default physical channel configuration for a scheduling request configuration for a concerned secondary cell, upon receiving the PUCCH release request from the lower layers of the UE. The PUCCH release request is notified by a Medium Access Control (MAC) entity of the UE in a case that a time alignment timer expires, the time alignment timer is associated with a secondary timing advance group (sTAG) and the concerned secondary cell belongs to the sTAG.

    Abstract: A mobile station (MS) receives a first reception signal using a first downlink component carrier (DCC) and receives a second reception signal using the second DCC. The first reception signal includes a synchronization signal, a first physical channel, and a first reference signal. The first physical channel and the first reference signal are obtained using a first cell identity. The second reception signal includes a second physical channel and a second reference signal. The second physical channel and the second reference signal are obtained using a second cell identity. The MS acquires information relating the second cell identity, the information being carried by the first reception signal. The MS extracts the information from the first reception signal carried after the mobile station establishes connection in a first cell via a cell search using the synchronization signal. The second DCC is used simultaneously with the first DCC.

    Abstract: A mobile station apparatus configures first and second timers related to first and second groups. A first group of cells uses a first uplink transmission timing, and a second group of secondary cells uses a second uplink transmission timing. When the first timer of the first group has expired: all transmission HARQ buffers in association with the cells of the first group are flushed, the second timer is considered as expired, and an uplink transmission on any cells except random access preamble transmission on the primary cell is stopped. In a case where the second timer of the second group has expired: all transmission HARQ buffers in association with the secondary cells of the second group are flushed, and an uplink transmission on any cells in the second group except random access preamble transmission on the any cells in the second group is stopped.

In a case where a transmission timing timer for the first group has expired, the mobile station stops all uplink transmissions in the plurality of cells. In a case where a transmission timing timer for the second group has expired, the mobile station stops uplink transmissions in the cells constituting the second group for which the transmission timing timer has expired.
