    Abstract: An anisotropic conductive sheet, in which the arrangement interval of the structure that exhibits conductivity in a planar section is relatively small, comprises an elastic layer having resin as the main component, and a plurality of CNT pillars that are formed from CNT fiber bundles and penetrate the elastic layer in the thickness direction. The electrical inspection head measures electrical characteristics between a plurality of measurement points of a measurement target, and comprises a measurement substrate having a plurality of electrode pads on its surface that opposes the measurement points, and an anisotropic conductive sheet laminated on that surface. The method for manufacturing an anisotropic conductive sheet comprises growing a plurality of CNT pillars formed from CNT fiber bundles by chemical vapor deposition by arranging catalysts on the surface of a growth substrate, and filling the space between the plurality of CNT pillars with a resin composition.

    Abstract: A fault position analysis method and a fault position analysis device for a semiconductor device, through which a fault position of a SiC semiconductor device can be analyzed and specified by an OBIRCH method, are disclosed. The fault position analysis method for the semiconductor device scans and irradiates a device and a circuit on a front surface of a substrate with a laser beam from a rear surface side of the substrate of the semiconductor device to heat the device and the circuit. It causes a current to flow to the device and the circuit while being heated, detects a change in a resistance value caused by a change in a current, and analyzes the fault position. The semiconductor device is a semiconductor device which uses an N-doped SiC substrate. Laser beams having wavelengths of 650 to 810 nm are used.

The protective coat protecting the CNT film is made of a resin, a water-based emulsion, or an oil-based emulsion. The protective coat is placed in contact with at least part of the CTN fibers on the surface of the CNT film. The strain sensor including the protective coat is able to prevent damage/breakage of the CNT film and to prevent foreign matters from entering into gaps between CNT fibers, thus improving durability in maintaining adequate sensing functionality.
