    Abstract: An odor identifying apparatus comprising a gas sensor unit including at least two sensors having different characteristics for simultaneously detecting odorous components arising from a sample and outputting detection signals, a display device for displaying detection results from the sensor unit as a single output signal, and an ozone gas generator for supplying ozone gas into a chamber in which the sample is placed. An odor identifying method is also disclosed which identifies odorous components by using this apparatus.
