  • Publication number: 20150330497
Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide an actuator such that egress of a lubricant to the outside of a housing during forward and rearward movement of a rod is prevented. The actuator comprises: a housing having a rod through-hole; a rod which passes through the rod through-hole such that a portion thereof protrudes to the outside of the housing and is driven forward and rearward; a first rod sealing member which is arranged near the outside of the housing in the rod through-hole; a second rod sealing member arranged near the inside of the housing in the rod through-hole; a lubricant supply part provided in the housing and supplying lubricant to the rod through-hole; and a pressure change absorption groove which is provided between the first rod sealing member and the second rod sealing member in the rod through-hole to communicate with the lubricant supply part, and forms an air layer while absorbing the pressure changes associated with the forward and rearward movement of the rod.

  • Patent number: 7314359
Abstract: In a vane pump disposed inside a transmission case of a continuously variable transmission, a pump case (20), a pump drive shaft (8) rotatably supported by a shaft bore (9) of the pump case (20) to rotate a rotor (5), and a drain port (17), one end thereof being opened to a shaft bore (9) of the pump drive shaft (8) and the other end being opened to an outside of the pump case (20) are provided. A leaked oil flown via the drain port (17) from a pump discharge side is discharged to an outside of the pump case (20).

  • Publication number: 20060065486
Abstract: A large diameter part is formed in a case-side oil passage, an O-ring is fitted into the large diameter part, and an oil pump is installed to the transmission case by adjusting a discharge hole thereof and the case-side oil passage in alignment with each other. A notch is formed in radial direction from an inner peripheral surface of the large diameter part to an outer peripheral surface of a seat part. When the discharge hole and the case-side oil passage are communicated without the O-ring in the large diameter part, an oil passing through the discharge hole leaks from the notch. Thus in a state the O-ring is not assembled, an oil pressure is not increased by positively leaking the oil through the notch, whereby it can be easily detected that the O-ring is not assembled by mistake.

  • Publication number: 20060054413
Abstract: There is provided an oil pump supporting structure which can prevent vibration and noise of an oil pump. A pump holding member is disposed in substantially parallel with the tensioning direction of a chain, for connecting a partition member and the oil pump to each other. As a result, vibration occurring in the tensioning direction of the chain when the oil pump is driven can be suppressed to reduce vibration noise.

  • Patent number: 5459391
Abstract: A battery charger for charging a secondary battery has an infrared radiation sensor for detecting the surface temperature of the secondary battery while the secondary battery is being charged. A charging control circuit stops charging the secondary battery, typically an Ni-MH battery, when the surface temperature detected by the infrared radiation sensor has reached a predetermined temperature. The battery charger also has a potential detector for detecting an electric potential of the secondary battery. The charging control circuit stops charging the secondary battery, typically an Ni--Cd battery, when the electric potential detected by the potential detector starts dropping after the battery has fully been charged.

  • Patent number: 5028860
Abstract: A nonaqueous secondary battery is charged by a constant voltage. The charging current decreases with time, and, when it becomes smaller than a predetermined reference value, the charging is controlled either by terminating the charging current or by setting it at a very low value.

  • Patent number: 4568133
Abstract: Female contacts are fixedly held in insertion channels formed in a body of a connector socket. A conductive plate is disposed on a front face of the body in contact therewith. In the conductive plate are formed small holes of a diameter slightly greater than that of conductive pins of a plug, in opposing relation to the insertion holes. The conductive plate has an integral grounding terminal. The arrangement is such that, when the plug pins are inserted into the holes of the conductive plate, as the plug pins are being inserted into the female contacts of the socket, any electrostatic charge on the pins is discharged to ground via the conductive plate and grounding terminal rather than being discharged from the pins to the socket contacts.
