  • Publication number: 20140078624
Abstract: According to an embodiment, a semiconductor integrated circuit includes a first power supply terminal, a second power supply terminal, a regulator circuit, an electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection circuit, and a level shift circuit. A first voltage is applied to the first power supply terminal. A second voltage different from the first voltage is applied to the second power supply terminal. The regulator circuit adjusts the second voltage, and outputs the second voltage adjusted as an output voltage to an output terminal. The ESD protection circuit discharges ESD generated at the output terminal. The level shift circuit level-shifts the magnitude of the first voltage to the magnitude of the second voltage, and outputs a first control signal to electrically separate the regulator circuit from the ESD protection circuit depending on whether or not the first and second voltages are applied.

  • Publication number: 20110128703
Abstract: According to one embodiment, an electronic device includes a board housed in a housing, a plurality of first modules mounted on the board and a second module. The first modules generating heat while in operation are mounted on the board at intervals while projecting from the board, and the first modules are arranged to be adjacent to each other inside the housing. At least one air flow path is formed between an adjacent pair of first modules. The second module is placed adjacent to one end side of the first modules across the air flow path and has a projecting height from the board lower than that of the first modules. A fan is housed in the housing. The fan creates an air flow inside the housing from the first modules towards the second module.

  • Publication number: 20060041919
Abstract: When a CATV signal supplied from a CATV center station is distributed to be lead out to a television tuner, an RF connector is provided on a circuit board of an analog signal processing section, and is configured to lead out the CATV signal by means of this RF connector. In this manner, a distribution output does not pass through a circuit board of a digital signal processing section. Therefore, a high quality signal can be distributed and outputted without being adversely affected by a digital signal.
