  • Publication number: 20220259953
Abstract: A perforator tool that offers a simple solution to create multiple perforations at different lengths and locations inside a well casing. The perforator tool includes a tool housing that holds all of the components together along with providing a means of connecting the perforator tool to the drill pipe, and a means of transferring pressurized fluid from the drill pipe to use to engage the knife into the well casing, a knife that is used to create the perforation puncture(s) inside the well casing, a pin to hold and allow the knife to pivot inside the tool housing, and a spring connected to a set screw to be able to adjust the spring force to disengage the knife from the well casing.

  • Patent number: 10934807
Abstract: A horizontal direction drill rig heating system for efficiently keeping the drill carriage frame and other major components that are crucial for the drilling process free of snow and ice buildup during freezing conditions. The horizontal directional drill rig heating system includes a horizontal directional drill rig manufactured from structural tubing, a working fluid reservoir, a pump, an inverter, a heater, on/off valves, hoses, and multiple heating circuits on the horizontal directional drill rig to heat the entire horizontal directional drill rig during freezing conditions.

  • Publication number: 20210002849
Abstract: A drill adaptor that offers a simple solution for drilling large diameter holes in the earth with a small to mid-sized excavator. The drill adaptor allows drilling to occur on un-level ground as it can move side to side, front to back, and vertically up and down. The drill adaptor is comprised of a slide tube that moves the drill attachment up and down, side to side, and front to back. The drill adaptor uses pins to secure the inner, outer, and lower pivot housings. The inner and outer pivot housing allows the slide tubews front to back and side to side motion as the lower pivot housing connects to the drill attachment and or drill rotator. The drill adaptor uses a cable and winch system that can also be exchanged for a rack and pinion system to complete the vertically up and down movements of the drill attachment. This drill adaptor allows for an efficient and compact means of drilling large diameter holes in un-level drilling surface within the earth.

  • Publication number: 20200408043
Abstract: A core barrel stabilizer that offers a simple solution in creating an initial drilling kerf in conjunction with a hollow core barrel for drilling large diameter holes into the earth for a plethora of construction needs. The core barrel stabilizer includes a centering rod for keeping the core barrel stabilizer and hollow core barrel centered during drilling the initial perimeter kerf, an eyelet hook for easily maneuvering the core barrel stabilizer between drill holes and transportation, and an inner barrel used to rest the inner wall of the hollow core barrel against during drilling to ensure the drilling kerf can be started.
