Abstract: A call center system used for receiving incoming calls in accordance with the present information has a plurality of terminals, an incoming-call control apparatus and an exchange. Each of the terminals is accommodated by the exchange and includes a display unit as well as a telephone unit; an audio recording & playback unit for recording voices of a conversation between an operator operating the terminal and a caller making an call in a conversation-voice recording file and for playing back voices from the conversation-voice recording file and a response-information-creating unit for creating a response to an incoming call.

Abstract: While a video information providing host is sending video information to a user terminal through a transmission line corresponding to a request received from the user terminal, an operation history information writing unit writes an operation history for various operations for video information of the user terminal as operation history information to an operation history storing unit. The operation history information is written for each of a plurality of types of video information and for each of users who use user terminals that access each of the types of video information or each of user terminals that access each of the types of video information. While a video information editing unit is editing requested video information corresponding to a request received from a user and corresponding to operation history information, the video information editing unit sends the edited video information to a user terminal that the requesting user operates.

Abstract: When requests to attend a conference or requests to withdraw from a conference are issued from user terminals or voice input/output units, network equipment refers to connection addresses of these user terminals or voice input/output terminals to obtain user identification information (names, posts, etc.) from a table and communicates this user identification information to a conference server. The conference server collects conference-attendee information and conference-withdrawee information based upon the communicated user identification information. Further, a list of planned attendees at the conference is entered into the conference server via network equipment before the conference convenes, and the conference server compares the planned attendees and actual attendees at the conference and creates a list of conference absentees.

Abstract: An optical system which is telecentric to an image, having an objective optical system for forming a model image based on rays from the model magnified by a predetermined ratio to an actual object. An eyepiece lens is included for observing the model image formed through the objective optical system. The distance between the objective optical system and the eyepiece lens is varied so that a visual impression obtained by observing the model image through the eyepiece lens becomes substantially equal to a visual impression obtained by observing the actual object directly with the eyes.

Abstract: The present invention provides a damping member constituted of a viscoelastic member and a constraint member, each of which is formed on a brush made of thin metal plate, in a dc minimotor, the viscoelastic member comprising adhesive mass containing a copolymer of alkyl acrylate and acrylic acid. The present invention further provides a brush constituted of the above damping member and a dc minimotor equipped with the brush.

Abstract: A high strength aluminum alloy is expressed by a general formula, Al.sub.a X.sub.b Mm.sub.c, in which "X" stands for at least one element selected from the group consisting of Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu and Zr, "Mm" stands for a misch metal, a content "a" of aluminum falls in a range of from 95.2 to 97.5 atomic %, and a content "b" of "X" and a content "c" of the "Mm" fall in a hatched area enclosed by points "A," "B," "C" and "D" of accompanying FIG. 1 on atomic % basis, and whose metallic phase includes microcrystalline phases or mixed phases containing amorphous phases in a volume content of less than 50% and the balance of microcrystalline phases. As a result, the amorphous phases or the microcrystalline phases are dispersed uniformly in its base microcrystalline phases appropriately, and at the same time the thus generating base microcrystalline phases are reinforced by forming solid solutions including the "Mm" and the transition metal element "X" as well.

Abstract: A prevention against shifting of tip seal of a scroll compressor with a pair of stationary scroll and swirl scroll provided with spiral laps projectingly on an inside of end plates engaged with each other for sucking in a gas from a suction port and discharging a compressed gas from a discharge port, wherein a tip seal groove is formed on the laps provided projectingly on said pair of scrolls, a tip seal is disposed in the tip seal groove, which comprises providing a fixing means for preventing a discharge port side end portion of the tip seal disposed in said tip seal groove from shifting to a suction port side from a discharge port side along said tip seal groove, thereby preventing a leakage of a lap nose on the discharge port side.
